Develpment strategy

Maatla Resources will implement all the stages necessary to bring the Mmamabula Coal Project into operation.

The Mmamabula coal project is mineable via opencast and underground mining, with an estimate of 100,000 tpm for the South African inland market an searborne exports. In the second phase production is planned to increase to 300 – 400,000 tpm.
